I apologize if I am being think and missing something here, but this article is about the oath. I saw nothing about a BC.

You noticed that did you, lies are spins makes no difference to some, the poster was just looking for something to attach his BS.

As a pretty new member you will soon learn to stay away from the blogs and personals. There is never anything in them worth reading.

Is that a fact? So I suppose you missed that whole paragraph too? Or did you just jump into a birth certificate thread to bash something you are completely (and obviously since you can’t read the article you are moaning about) clueless on.

Didn't listen to the audio, did you?

It's completely disgusting. They were yucking it up about a Constitutional requirement. But they did talk about the lawsuits and the birth certificate, if only "jokingly".

They didn't bother to mention that not only does the Constitution specify the exact oath, it requires that it be taken "Before he enter on the Execution of his Office". So if there was some need to take it again, he hadn't yet qualified for the office, and all the executive orders he signed and appointments he made before retaking the oath, would be invalid, because he had not properly taken the oath...unless he also signed a copy before the inauguration, but in that case, why bother with the do over?
