Thanks for the ping. I may look into some of the mentioned products in this post. I am some what limited since I am still using Windows ME. So I have been postponing the issue.

Does the motherboard hava spare SATA port....and a slot to mount a seperate hard drive....HDD's insanely cheap...I just picked up a Seagate 1.5 Terabyte board at Fry's for $129....

If you do I can show you how to boot from the drive with BIOS adjustments ...and depending on the processor ...we can figure out a Linux that will run ... Doesn't have to be a SATA port if you haven't used all of the IDE ports available..

Looks like Newegg has 80 Gig HDD for 35.00...either IDE or SATA from Seagate or Western Digital.

OEM will not have any anything other than the drive.
