the media is all too willing to repeat the claims of partisan sources that most of the casualties resulting from Israeli actions are civilians despite evidence that these claims are exaggerated and the statistics they cite are manipulated.

It is to be expected that Hamas will lie to further their cause but it not expected that the western media would blindly accept these lies.

One should expect that a so called professional media would do a bit of fact checking before publishing inflammatory reports of intentional killing of non-combatants.
