We've been paying those since the 1960's compliments of LBJ and his great society. If anyone wants reparations, I will gladly participate in making them whole again, by springing for a one way ticket back to Africa....red

Reparations were paid ~ IN FULL ~ by those who gave all in service to the Union during the Civil War.

We did that over 100 years ago. The place is named Liberia. It is about as prosperous as Zimbabwe.
