Here is video of Barack Obama taking the Oath of Office to become the 44th President of the United States today. Chief Justice John Roberts administered the oath, but confused the words briefly at the beginning of the Oath, leaving an awkward moment for Obama. . . . . (watch video)

Who messed up the words, Roberts, Obama, or both?

This appears to put all the blame on Roberts. Did he choke, knowing that he was administering the oath to someone who is unqualified to hold the office?

Also, is it customary for the First Lady to hold the book? Isn't that usually done by he who administers the oath?
