Washington insiders all. Disgusting. Well over a trillion dollars combined is spent in few short months in a war for the future of the nation, and the two can toast each other when it is over. All that money was spent to decide between two people who have the same views on a huge portion of the issues.
Meanwhile, McCain held a long grudge when Bush beat him in 2000. Says a lot.

It’s traditional for an elected official to thank those who made his victory possible. Barack Obama owes John McCain big time.

Again, how does an empty suit defeat the Clintons? How does McCain get the republican nomination? Some kind of power is at work here.

My thoughts exactly. McCain practically gave the election to Obama, it is only right that Obama should toast him.

I’m glad you picked up on my meaning. And I’m grateful that I recognize it when I see it.

I'm haunted by it. Like living in
The Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
Bush fatigue? Yes. Unfriendly MSM and Hollywood in an American-Idol climate? Yes.
But why a candidate with no known past? Or, why did the MSM refuse to be curious? We knew more about Joe the Plumber in 48 hours.
