Well it looks like the new energy and climate change czar for the Obama administration is also a Socialist Internationalist board member. As you can see her name has been scrubed from many sites that associates her with this orginization

Another True Believer in Global Warming. All stops will be pulled out to cut the output of carbon dioxide, the primary contributor to global warming.

But.

Anthropogenic carbon dioxide is insignificant in comparison with the amount that comes spewing out of a volcano, a forest fire, or even from the decay of organic matter taking place continuously, both beneath the ocean and on land. Moreover, this vast volume is easily taken up by the existing plant growth both in the ocean and on land, giving up the oxygen we all need so desperately. For without the carbon dioxide, no trees would grow in our forests, no crops would grow on our farms, and no grass would grow on our lawns and parks.

Whatever contribution CO2 makes to global warming, its effects are again dwarfed by the effect of water vapor, as it moves between its forms of ice, liquid water and water vapor gas.

If CO2 is so BAD for the world, why are carbonated drinks not outlawed as well. The whole business of blaming “global warming” on carbon dioxide is both very bad science, and a total misreading of what the “balance of nature” really means.
