Israel has at least 400 nuclear weapons (probably triple that by now) and according to the U.N. none of the regimes you named have any atom bombs. Some of Israel's nuclear-tipped missiles are on submarines, where they are practically invulnerable to attack.

I think that they’ve been led (lead?) to believe that jihad IS their employment, gainful or otherwise.

All things considered, I guess I’d rather have our imperfect social security and welfare benefit system.

Hezbollah would be very foolish to instigate Israel right now but on the other hand Israel needs to finish the war that was started in 2006 to show that they will not allow terrorists groups at any cost to declare any kind of victory. They are nothing but cowards who have no respect even for the countries they are operating in when they need to use human beings as shields. It is callous and evil. And the population is being decieved by thier motives. Israel should have went right after Iran who is the nation who sponsors terrorism and had the gull to make themselves look so innocent by calling the USA and Israel terrorists. What a twisting of the truth that is. They need to be punished. (not the people but thier leaders.)
