I admit that unlike some of you, I haven’t obsessed over this non-story for months, but just how many times has any court ruled in favor of anyone bringing these suits? That would also be a big fat ZERO. These cases have been seen as, to quote US District Judge R. Barclay Surrick “frivolous and not worthy of discussion”. Ouch. And yet, you think some court is going to overlook all of the evidence, just because of something Barack’s granny said.
If these were frivolous they wouldn’t have been forwarded 4 times for conference.
