A birth certificate shows that a person was born somewhere...for example Hawaii. Opinions can not be considered lies...they are what you think is true....opinion may be wrong, but can not be considered lies. You think my opinions are incorrect...who knows for sure?

MHG, I’m too lazy to look it up to see if this particular troll has been told that CoLBs from Hawaii can be filled out for folks who were born out of this country. If he’s been told, it’s obvious he’s a troll. If he hasn’t been told, he’s either just as lazy as me to look it up or he’s a “Feed me” troll, where the information does not apply unless it’s directly spoonfed to him (Usually multiple times), thereby causing normal humans to spontaneously combust in frustration — which is the typical troll’s strategy.
