I don’t see how any of the “problems” posed in the article are essentially bad. I’d rather have cops fighting real criminals than going after potheads who are otherwise committing no real crimes.

I see your point but the guy those two border agents are in jail for shooting was smuggling pot.
Pot is not a victimless crime.

I understand the theory of "gateway" drug but I also recognize that possession of an "individual user" amount of a recreational drug is not where I want my police force focused. Holy sheep dip, do we NOT have more pressing issues to address???
