Now why would anyone be stupid enough to announce this to the world before the document was in hand. You know that if this was true then the document will never reach its destination. The next claim will be that someone swiped it before it got to this guy. Which could be true. But it could also be a way to keep things going. I just can’t figure out why this guy would not keep his mouth shut until he could post the document online. Anyone handling such a document(if real) before it is posted on line might just be eligible for a death certificate with their own name on it.
