What you see is irrelevant. Our country runs according to the US Constitution, not your imagination, and nothing you address is even remotely associated to or with that document.

Only partially. I'm sure that you realize that many things that the federal government does, are not provided for under the Constitution.
And many of things (such as the Federal government providing public education) are in direct opposition to the wishes of the Founders.

The General Welfare clause has been so bastardized and abused that the Founders would hardly recognize what they fought to give us.
