It is as bogus as Obama's proffer of his "COLB" to the awfully partisan KOS and "FactCheck.org", or as the magically never-arriving African audio tape of a rumor-mongered Michelle Obama intemperate blurting.
Yet this Hale tale is LESS bogus than every court ruling in this matter to date, and LESS bogus than media spiking of the story.
I do mention all these other related instances just to keep the playing field level ... to provide honest perspective.
