If you had a sound argument, you wouldn't resort to ad hominem attacks.

I saw another post of yours about this topic. You wrote that you have four black children. Here's a sincere question: why don't you give posters like me some constructive advice about how to adopt black children, rather than dismiss us as phonies who don't want black kids or hysterics who are too unsophisticated to sort out the untruths on interracial adoptions? Are you saying that becoming a foster parent of a black child will not lead to adoption? Are you saying make sure the parental rights have been terminated before even meeting the child?

Foster parenting has nothing really to do with adoption. The state leaves foster in the hands of soicial workers.
Go for agency adoptions.

Yes. The child is not adoptable until the parental rights have been terminated. Adopt from states that have quick terminations of rights. Adopt from agencies that use out of state agencies especially Catholic Charities.
Once one adopts the first black or biracial child, all other subsequent adoptions are easier, for your family is considered mixed. That is an issue for birthmothers who actually choose you.

Sincere thanks for this info. I am open to adopting a child of any race and find what you’ve posted helpful.
