While I would write in a drier style, the author of Jag Hunter is one smart cookie, having proved that NCIS personnel forged documents in a court martial he was involved with and fought to prove his own innocence.

SSgt Ray Girouard is an innocent man, and like Ramos and Campeon, GWB abandoned his men in the field: Girouard, The Pendleton 8, and the Haditha Marines.

Either that Race, or GWB simply never gets to see these things. If his staff does not make him aware of things most likely he is not any where as informed as some at say this site are.
Does the president actually get all the mail that is sent to the WH. Who filters what out. For all we know he may not have a clue as to the three specific people you mention.
And lets say a bunch of us took alternative routes and say emailed and personal mailed the SoD. Would he see the communications. Or again would his incoming get filtered out by those responsible for communication/public relations etc..
Perhaps the question should be. Who has the power and audience of the POTUS we could write to that could actually put together a little list containing the three names you mention as well as Sgt. Vella (bigheadfred's nephew) as well as a number of other military folk that should receive pardons.
Does such a person exists at FR. A related web site. I have been wondering about this question for some time.
Obviously if someone is found. The action in behalf of those we would like to see pardoned must happen very soon.
