Philip J Berg has a new lawsuit challenging Obama’s eligibility:

“12/30/08: Press Release - DETERMINED to have the TRUTH regarding OBAMA that he is NOT “NATURAL BORN” and therefore NOT constitutionally QUALIFIED to be PRESIDENT BERG files a lawsuit on behalf of a RETIRED COLONEL The lawsuit is an “Interpleader” that shifts the burden of proof to OBAMA Further, OBAMA is named as “BARRY SOETORO” as that is his “real” name when he was legally adopted in Indonesia

Interesting legal theory. I have no idea if it has any merit as applied to this case.

But the filing certainly lays it all out there, including references to "pushing the button", "illegal alien", "foreign and domestic enemy" "lawful orders" and lots of other scary stuff.

I just read from another thread about the Kenyan parliament the day after the elections. I can’t say about the validity of it yet, but apparently Obama called the Kenyan Vice President and Minister for Home Affairs a year ago and asked him to “sort out this problem”. We can guess at what the Ministry of Home Affairs does. Every intelligence agency in the world probably has recordings of all the conversations...
