SCOTUS picks and chooses what it wants to see in the Constitution. Or even use foreign law as precedent So I am not confident in them doing the right thing here.
***I’ve seen that. I’ve also seen they have tremendous courage... when it was a liberal cause. When it’s a conservative issue, suddenly the pragmatic side of the court asserts itself. But this may be its last legitimate chance to truly uphold the constitution.

Thanks for elaborating on my thoughts and lack of confidence in SCOTUS doing anything here. Cynicism based on past observation not trolling.

BTW what is a CoLB troll you were referring to?
