many states appear to be signing on with it. Just a quick scann and I see that Hawaii has already enacted it into law.
search “interstate compact to elect president by national popular vote”. Also search member states to see if yours is involved.
Digging around tonight and found this website with info on the national popular vote movement. 4 states have already made it law and many more well on their way. This crap needs to stop now.
