A freeper who is a court clerk said that in order for a paper from the court house to be used as evidence in court, it must be picked up by a court clerk and hand delivered with LEO accompaniment to the stand. They then must swear it has never been out of their sight as does the LEO.
In this case I want a locked brief case, military transportation and the FBI to be involved.
