You sound like the way democrats explain the constitution. You cant find anything in constitution that sounds like your post. And the constitution does not give SC power to regulate local elections even for candidates.

And the constitution does not give SC power to regulate local elections even for candidates. The election of the POTUS is not a local election. Federal jurisdiction in the oversight of a federal election.
