The good thing about Nancy, is you really don't have to watch. She's just on that one show, and it doesn't even get advertised much.

LOL - fear not. I walk at least two miles a day in Baghdad (getting to and from work, gym, chow hall, etc., take power yoga three times a week, do sit-ups and other abs stuff and have a fast metabolism anyway.

Chocolate keeps me sane. (Well, what passes for "sane" with me...)
