> The man who predicted the 1987 stock market crash...

Any one knows if this guy has been predicting stock market crashes every year and finally got lucky in 1987?

What would be the reason for revolts/civil war? By 2012, we would already have an election in 2010. If things will get as bad as this guy appears to be predicting, why would we not have a change in control of Congress in 2010?

BTW, what are the odds of a Republican Senator from Illinois?

I am not terribly impressed with Nostradamus either.

One group of people want more for free and the other group is saying "Enough is enough."

Obama's promises and the expectations he has created divide most of the population into two camps. The people he promised he would give more wealth, property and privilege TO and the people he is going to take wealth, property and privilege FROM.

In the first group there is a is a big, BIG, expectation that Obama is going to be the Magic Negro, that he will wave a magic wand and give them everything they want along with plenty they haven't even thought of - remember the woman on the TV news swooning over him paying for her house and filing her car up with gasoline? When he can't turn them into millionaires overnight they aren't going to be happy. Especially if the recession sets in really hard and things get worse, not better, and food itself becomes scarce. If they don't get what he promised them, they will start taking it themselves.

On the other side of the coin are people who are fed up with racial preferences, demands for "gay rights", and seeing their hard earned money being handed out to others. The people who work hard just to pay their own way and still fall behind are getting tired of giving and getting less and less in return. When Obama has to cut services and raise taxes to confiscate and redistribute more of their wealth to people who haven't earned it it won't take long for tempers to rise.

As far as hoping for change in the next elections - do you see much difference in politicians and the political parties themselves? Both parties are loaded with crooked, big spending, big government politicians who use the US Constitution as TP.

Both parties pander to minorities and special interest groups while bureaucrats kill our holidays, prohibit the mention of Christmas, force homosexualism on us and our children, pay for muslim footbaths in schools and place the interests of illegals over those of citizens and taxpayers.

And both parties are pursuing socialism and wealth redistribution - the democrats want to take more taxpayer money and hand it out to their special interest voting blocs while the republicans are already taking taxpayer money and handing it out to multimillionaires.

The greatest jump into socialism in our history has just been pushed through by a republican president.

Congress has an approval rating of about 15% and the country is falling apart but republicans and democrats both spend their time scheming to send hundreds of billions to other countries, to spend more money on pork, hand out subsidies to financial supporters, to bypass immigration laws and hand out free medical care to illegals when we can't afford to visit a doctor ourselves. They peddle their influence and their pork projects to the highest bidders and treat themselves like royalty.

Both congress and the courts ignore the constitution and are scheming on ways to bypass our laws so they can place Obama in the White House without verifying his qualifications and so Hillary can be confirmed as Secretary of State in spite of a law disqualifying her appointment.

The US has become a pressure cooker and the first race riot or outbreak of mass violence by disappointed Obama supporters will be enough to blow the top off. Gun sales and ammo sales are setting new records and if you go to a gun show you will see that it is working class and middle class whites doing 99% of the buying.

Changing one brand of crooked politician for the other brand every two to four years isn't going to relieve the pressure this time around.
