Just because this one looks like it came from someone that rides the short bus every day to and from school doesn't mean that we shouldn't afford the poster the same courtesy that would be granted a person that was once a paint chip eating kid.
If either of you had any class, rather than mock the poster, you would seek to find out if there was some type of fund or upcoming telethon to aid or cure his/her condition.
