I still think that Obama new what was going on and made sure he had no involvement in this. I think the Clinton people in the Justice Dept. tipped him off a month ago.
Blagojevich has been under investigation for years. Obama would have to have been an idiot to not know that, since it’s been in the papers since at least 2005.
Nobody tipped him off. There is not a person in Illinois that did not know he was under investigation since Retzko was indicted. You have to live under a rock not to know it in this state. And you have to know that Barack was running real close until he left for Washington
I think he knows EXACTLY what’s going on.
I have a question for any lawyers out there............
If Obama knew of the selling of his senate seat, even though he may not have had any direct talks in these discussions, and he (at a minimum) failed to act lawfully by turning in the conspirators, wouldn’t he still be guilty of being a part of the conspiracy?
