I’d like to see a headline that reads, ‘The Religious Case for Gay Marriage’ from forty years ago.
Ever hear of incrementalism? Leftists take things slowly. Gay marriage was talked about on tv talk shows like Dick Cavett’s back in the sixties. The reference to Newsweek being gay is that they’ve been sympathetic to leftist issues, especially homosexual “rights” issues, for as long as I can remember. I used to subscribe to Newsweek. I believe I know the way they think.
