Only way I’m OK with a messed up birth certificate is if Obama were born @ home or outside of the hospital in Hawaii. If not born on US soil (unless born of US parents abroad as we already allow for), he needs to remove himself from office....but he is not concerned with anything other than being president...not being OUR president or America’s president.
Born of U.S. parents abroad is acceptable only in well defined instances such as being born at a U.S. embassy or miltary base abroad. Born in a Kenyan civilian hospital doesn't cut it.

Obama will never do that unless FORCED to resign. There is presently no one in government holding his feet to the fire to come clean with regard to his birth certificate. I don’t see any progress being made in this affair. Apparently all three branches of government are willing to tread on the Constitution.
