Nah, it's coming from the DNC or his campaign.
The reason why Obama is fighting this is simple. He has stated for the record he was born in Hawaii. He presented a document, widely panned I know, that he says substantiates it. The State of Hawaii says his birth certificate in on file. From Obama's standpoint he's answered the question. Every lawsuit filed, from his point of view, is a nuisance lawsuit demanding answers that have already been given. So of course he's going to fight it. To do otherwise would be to admit that maybe, just maybe, what he produced earlier was bogus. And he's in the stronger position in these suits because nobody is producing any evidence that he's a liar, that he was born somewhere other than Hawaii. They're going to court and literally saying, "We can't produce any evidence to the contr, your Honor, but we want to see the birth certificate anyway." Without any evidence, even if the plaintiff could establish standing then they'll never see Obama in court. Someone needs to produce something concrete, verifiable evidence that will stand up in court and cast doubt on Obama's claim. Until that is uncovered then Obama will continue to fight and win.
After all, do we have a Constitution or not? If this isn't addressed, then once again the Constitution has been deemed irrelevant and each time it is, well you know.
The divide this Country will face if it's not will be a sight to behold.
