Well, yes there is evidence. His own grandmother said that he was born in Kenya and experts point out falsified documents (birth certificate, Selective Service Regisration). Additional evidence might come from his father’s birth certificate. Evidence- Obama schooled in Indonesia where Indonesian citizenship is required (causing him to further lose American citizenship).
That is evidence worthy of taking the issue to court.
