Don’t you think it still deserves reporting. We know what Mr. Obama eats for breakfast, yet we should not know that there is a lawsuit pending against him??
One law suit? Aren’t there 15 or so pending?
There are a dozen or more lawsuits pending, all of which to date have been dismissed before going to trial. Once one of them succeeds in getting past that first hurdle then I suggest it's time for the publicity.
