Interesting, I am convinced that BO is a natural born citizen; however, the SC should by all means settle the matter. I still believe the case will be dismissed either for lack of standing, or lack of justiciability, or just tossed as frivolous.

Its possible that the SC may want to examine the issue of natural born citizenship and establish once and for all who is and who isn’t eligible to run for POTUS. There seems to be alot of opinions on the subject and I would like to see a conclusive ruling to end the debate.

I’m not convinced of anything except that 0bama has brought all this on himself by refusing to do what McCain did, and that was to produce the documentation.

I would also like to see a conclusive ruling, and a true BO.

Based upon what, exactly? Just curious.

Ya think? I hear it's a constitutional requirement for the presidency.

Yours is a false spin to the issue at hand. There aren't a "lot of opinions", nor a "debate" on who is eligible to be POTUS. It's clearly spelled out in the Constitution.

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;

It's up to those running to prove they fit the bill.
