Well, I look at it this way, putting all of the political reasons, legal reasons/maneuvering, etc., the people of this country have a right to know. If there are questions, which obviously there are, they need to be put to rest.

After all, do we have a Constitution or not? If this isn't addressed, then once again the Constitution has been deemed irrelevant and each time it is, well you know.

The divide this Country will face if it's not will be a sight to behold.

I agree he's hiding something. We're on the same page.
When the SSA wanted proof of my eligibility, I provided my birth certificate. When the VA wanted proof of my eligibility, I provided my DD214. I didn't have $800K to spend on obfuscation, so I just coughed them up.
0bama is scared of something. I'm not sure what it is. Hopefully we'll find out.

“1-) Providing a birth certificate as proof of citizenship is a common practice in our country. What is Obama hiding? When someone is hiding something, they have something to hide.”

You hit the nail on the head, RPA.

This guy should be no different then any one else applying for a job. I have been hired by companies based on my resume only, naively taking my word and my resume as gospel, and other companies have vetted me until I cried in pain. In this case, Zer0 is being asked for his qualifications and he has posted, electronically, a BC that is questionable, at best.

WE, THE PEOPLE want to see the real deal. If this were me applying for a job, I ain’t going to get it.

And let’s not forget the other things we cannot see for various reasons:

Again, the gist of the thread says we have not seen:
Original, vault copy of Certificate of Live Birth in the USA — Not Released (1 version hidden in Hawaii, Original found in Kenya)
Obama/Dunham marriage license — Not released
Soetoro/Dunham marriage license — Not released
Soetoro adoption records — Not released
Fransiskus Assisi School School application — Not Released
Punahou School records — Not released
Selective Service Registration — Released - Proven Counterfeit
Occidental College records — Not released
Passport (Pakistan) — Not released
Columbia College records — Not released
Columbia thesis — Not released
Harvard College records — Not released
Harvard Law Review articles — None (maybe 1, Not Signed)
Baptism certificate — None
Medical records — Not released
Illinois State Senate records — None (Locked up to prohibit public view
Illinois State Senate schedule — Lost (All other Illinois state senators’ records are intact)
Law practice client list — Not released
University of Chicago scholarly articles — None

Come on....there is something horribly wrong here!!! America is being shammed!

We shouldn’t expect the nominee to provide proof of his own eligibility?

We didn't expect Bush or Clinton or Reagan to.

Yeah we did...and John McCain too. John was born in Panama on a US Military installation (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/02/28/us/politics/28mccain.html)
McCain was born on a military installation in the Canal Zone, where his mother and father, a Navy officer, were stationed. McCain’s citizenship was established by statutes covering the offspring of Americans abroad and laws specific to the Canal Zone as Congress realized that Americans would be living and working in the area for extended periods.

The last Arizona Republican to be a presidential nominee, Barry Goldwater, faced the issue. He was born in the Arizona territory in 1909, three years before it became a state. But Goldwater did not win, and the view at the time was that since he was born in a continental territory that later became a state, he probably met the standard.

So yes it is expected for everyone but Barack...who we know (I think) had a alien father, whose grandmother stated was born in Kenya etc. etc. etc.

I would be satisfied merely to know exactly where in Honolulu the Anointed claims to have been born.

It’s like being told, “Hey, don’t you know I’m a Rockefeller?” and then, when you ask, “Oh, really, so how are you related to John, Sr?” getting only a mumble in reply.

You would be reasonable to assume the person was just telling a story.

Don't depend on Obama to do your work for you, be proactive and dig up your evidence yourself.

So, millions of citizens should individually, and independently, do the work that the government should do? I don't think so. Save your "call to action" speech for the appropriate time.

Its possible that the SC may want to examine the issue of natural born citizenship and establish once and for all who is and who isn’t eligible to run for POTUS.

Ya think? I hear it's a constitutional requirement for the presidency.

By the way, Reverand Boom chaka laka said he would back up if Obamanazi would show his application to Columbia. he thinks it shows that Obama was a foreign student. Good chance Hon. Boom Chaka Laka is correct.

I think this is true too.

Agree - in this case, Zer0 says “I’m good - let’s put me up for the vote” and it was accepted without competent vetting. I would have loved to be a fly on the Pelosi wall when she said “What??? Noooo! WTF do we do now?”

According to the Hawaii Department of Health it's on file with them.

While he was in Hawaii, he could have had a staffer go down to the Department of Birth Certificates and request a copy, instead of spending $1 million on lawsuits trying to prevent anyone from seeing it.

Maybe you don't see this behavior as suspicious, but I do.

Right on!

How can the Department of Justice make hiring decisions when Obama himself didn’t comply with the law and provide a birth certificate (ETC!)?

I doubt Obama cares about our right to know, or is concerned about putting it to rest.

After all, do we have a Constitution or not? If this isn't addressed, then once again the Constitution has been deemed irrelevant and each time it is, well you know.

We do have a Constitution. What we do not have is a process defined by law on how to establish the credentials of the presidential candidates. Until we do then Obama isn't under any obligations to do anything. And considering the Democrats control both Houses of Congress I'm not expecting them to rectify the situation.

But I will point out that the Constitution will be rendered irrelevant if, and only if it is shown that Obama is not eligible to be president. So far that has not been a success.

Yeah we did...

So when did Bush, Reagan, and Clinton do it?

...and John McCain too.

McCain did, but was under no legal obligation to. And it didn't stop him from fighting the California lawsuit challenging his eligibility.

So yes it is expected for everyone but Barack...who we know (I think) had a alien father, whose grandmother stated was born in Kenya etc. etc. etc.

And if you can provide any solid proof of his being born in Kenya then you can lay the whole issue to rest. Have at it.

Its possible that the SC may want to examine the issue of natural born citizenship and establish once and for all who is and who isn’t eligible to run for POTUS. There seems to be alot of opinions on the subject and I would like to see a conclusive ruling to end the debate.

Yours is a false spin to the issue at hand. There aren't a "lot of opinions", nor a "debate" on who is eligible to be POTUS. It's clearly spelled out in the Constitution.

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;

It's up to those running to prove they fit the bill.

You keep ‘telling yourself’ it makes sense to spend 800k and use three law firms to block releasing your birth certificate.

Which you already said you had in your autobiography.

Z"Until that is uncovered then Obama will continue to fight and win."

Hardly the position you would expect an American presidential candidate to take. You'd think he was running for Mafia boss from the way he is acting.
