That's what I mean. If after the conference they decline to hear Donofrio's case, and if the Berg case is dismissed then none of the other cases will have a chance. The court will probably reject them out of hand.
There are cases coming where EC Electors are the plaintiffs. If anyone is to have standing it is them.
