I’ve been reading everything, someone is saying, not me, that that argument about her not living 5 consecutive years after her 14th birthday probably does not in fact apply to her circumstances.

Just to clarify, that statute (if it is applicable at all) would only be relevant if Obama was born outside of the US. If he was born in Hawaii, then that law makes no difference- he is a natural born citizen regardless of his mother's or father's age or citizenship status.

Thanks: this issue of immense importance is taking up too much of our attention. Come the 5th, it’ll be good to see the wheels of justice start moving. Too much endless discussion, I have gotten headaches reading all of these websites.

So under those circumstances BO would be a natural born citizen in virtue of being an anchor baby?
