I had a problem with the birth certificate listing his father’s race as “African”. Africa is not a country and African is not a race. In the early 60’s blacks on legal documents were referred to as “Negro”.

Can someone who knows more about graphics than me look at this? Does the graphics on the photograph look hokey to anyone else? Like it does NOT look like a printed picture as far as the typeface. It looks shimmery almost. And if you zoom it up close, the same issues with pixel distortion comes up as with the "scanned" birth certificate.
