"I used to post here many years ago during the Clinton admin, under the name VRWConspirator"
VRW Conspirator Since Dec 3, 1998
<plonk>
evidently you didn’t see my previous post:
you need to read it again
Ah. A self righteous j*ck*ass
I See the grammar nazis are out in force tonight
Better to stick to the substance of the article. You’ll get
Attacked the same way on your next post.
The irony is priceless
<plonk2>
Don’t worry. There are the good, the bad and the ugly, just like any other place.
You said — “Clearly paragraph breaks a requirement of FR, but civility is not. I get it.”
Now that you’ve gotten it — follow through with the paragraph breaks... LOL...
Your second statement doesn't necessarily follow the first.Yes,Hussein Sr was not a US citizen. But Jr could well have obtained US citizenship at birth by having been born in one of the 50 states,DC,Puerto Rico and,I believe,a few other territories.
“Paragraphs are ALWAYS our friend :-). As interesting as this may be, I just can not bear to read it.”
Ditto.
I stopped reading it after statement #4.
I myself no longer watch Democrat news produced by ABC, NBC and CBS. They provide Democrat propaganda disguised as news.
A 4th case to the U.S. Supreme Court? This case is now growing some legs.

It should. If a job calls for one to be a citizen, and the applicant refuses to show the proof, something smells.
Paragraphs please.
Right on! I had to show a birth cert when I joined the military. The Constitution must be honored.
Hello Deepest End,
I’m a bit intimidated to post on this thread given some of the posts you have received, however, I will bravely march on and ask you a question.
I can’t find the “Chris Strunck” case on the Docket at SCOTUS. This is news to me. Perhaps it will arrive next week.
By the way, I started a new thread only once here and I probably won’t do it again because I am not as technically inclined as everyone else is here. As soon as I posted the new thread, I wanted to change spacing and some words...change caps to lower case to make it easier to read but I didn’t know how and I looked on the website to figure it out. No answers. That’s ok. I am grateful to have such a resource packed website like Free Republic at my finger tips. It is an informative thought provoking site like no other.
I enjoy reading the threads and respect everyone here but some of you guys who have been here for years are tough.
Believe me, if there was a place on this website to get a little more technically proficient, as we try to post things, then I would be first in line.
Gotta go...I need to find my hard hat for the incoming.
Thanks for listening.
“This statue is based on previous statues, going back to 1911, when Hi citizens worked abroad and wanted to preserve Hi citizenship for their children”
If she means STATUTES why does she call them statues?
Kind of makes her seem illiterate.
I guess most of you have never made a typing mistake on a blog.
Good grief, stick with the substance and overlook the trivial things like formatting and an occasional misspelling.
Okay, here’s my theory on Obama ever being challenged on his ‘natural born’ status. If it ever really came about—ultimately, legally, with bite and imminent risk to his taking the office as president, which I don’t think it will—he’d simply reveal that he never actually was Obama Sr’s son, that that was a fiction his mother went along with to spare the shame of his recently deceased grandmother.
Now that his grandmother has passed away and since it’s become a legal issue, he will reveal that his real, genetic father was an American as well. (Davis? Malcolm? Some unknown schmo?) Thus the issues of his being a British subject at birth and his not being born on US soil are moot. Even his possibly having traveled with an Indonesian passport after he was 18, since he didn’t explicitly denounce his citizenship at some embassy abroad, would be a nonstarter.
Just take a look at any photos of Obama Sr and his family and you will know that Jr is not a blood relative. Sr likely made the claim to establish his own right to American citizenship, which he never exercised, and flaky Mom could have gone along with it for a host of reasons.
joygrace, as far as I know it has not been submitted to SCOTUS, but is pending. In the article it was mispelled, should be “Strunk”.
