But after it wouldn’t go away, I started reading all the loopholes and realized this really could have happened!

Oh, he has nerve, indeed AUDACITY. And when we look at him giving the finger to Hillary and McCain, in full view of the cameras, we can also infer that he has a mean, in-your-face narcissism about him that makes the Clintons look like Mr. and Mrs. Claus. This is the kind of man who might really take pride in the "pulling one over on you" aspect of it.
