I trust that Chief Justice Roberts and Justices, Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Kennedy will decide correctly in this matter.
They won’t even need Kennedy at the start, only four of them have to agree to take the case. Once they take it, that’s when all hell breaks loose in the MSM and among the libs and talking heads. That will be worth the show all by itself. And there is no reason not to take the case, as it is just a question of constitutional elegibility.
I think we may see all nine justices decide correctly in this matter. At the very least, I don’t expect there will much opposition to at least hearing the case.
