For those who want to view the site with black text on a white background here is a mirror Leo site:

This mirror link is on the main page of his blog.

O-Bot alert. Maybe you should do a little research before you start spewing. The case is at the Supreme Court and Justice Thomas has brought it to a full meeting. Leo is not out for self-promotion as he retired from the law. He is for protecting the Constitution.

He is taking this on out of his own pocket and he is not wealthy. He is taking on the machine that just engineered essentially a coup but maybe you were not paying much attenetion. You think these little issues in financial markets just happened?

Leo has far more courage than all the AM conservative radio talk show hosts and Drudge combined. The same thing is true of internet radio talk show hosts who have interviewed Leo.

Go read The Constitution and get back to us.

His web site has a mirrored link where it has black text with a white background. We are losing The Constitution and Republic and people are concerned about type styles. Incredible.

White background and black text.

True. Here is a link to a white background and black text mirrored site.

http://grou.ps/zapem/blogs

This thread is filled with OBots or people too lazy to even be concerned about the Constitution, the Republic or how they were just scammed. They can pick up the remote and change the channel.

Indeed—I’m starting to wonder if FR has some deep cover trolls in here trying to distract from what is actually important here!!!! >:-(

I’m talking about effective comminucation. With it, you win, and without it, you lose. Get it?

I think you are right. To some of them the football game or American Idol is more important than The Constitution or they maybe be OBot stooges.

I think a few live in this odd little world where they deny reality. aka they are sheeple.

The type style hurts their eyes while they miss the point that the web site had to be set up because Leo’s site was attacked. Someone or some people want to silence his story.

Ineffective communication delivers nothing. If your intent is to look stylish and lose, fine — then lose with style. If your intent is to sway the most people to your arguments, via the written word, then it would be best to present those words in such a manner so that the reader does not suffer a migraine headache.

We might, but I think that we have a lot of folks, with a lot of good ideas and theories. Sometimes the forums get like a crowded party with simutaneous discussion

I, myself, have several Democratic Underground logins that go back many, many years — I’ve even donated a few bucks to give me a higher level of credibility with DU. Every once in a while, I’ll lob in a “hand granade” topic or comment — just to stir things up and have them second-guess themselves

But yes, we DO need to judge which conversations here at FR are more important than the rest.

The most successful troll is the one you don’t even realize has hijacked the thread!!!

Leo right now does not have time to be a web master. He put up a decent site but was attacked by O Bots.

I wish someone would improve the layout and reverse the type. Still - people whining about the layout versus the content and what he is trying to do should get a clue.

We had a coup with financial manipulation, SOS being bought in various states though contributions to their campaigns by you know who. Control the state election process and you control the election.

When is the FBI going to treat these political DoS attacks as an interstate crime?

Or are the courts going to call them "free speech?"

Wouldn’t that make you the Spelling Police?

Interesting US Constitution issues here. Mr. Donofrio’s 1st Amendment rights may be being attacked for reporting on his defense of Article 2.

Thank you.

I can now read his site without squinting my eyes and having to go find the ibuprofen!

I’ll be having my fingers crossed between now and Dec 5. (When I’m not on FR, that is)

1. Obama so far has shown himself to be 100% self-promotion and virtually no substance.

2. I have read the U.S. Constitution. It clearly states that the US President must be a "natural born citizen." There is NO debate on that matter.

3. The case will hinge on definition of "natural born citizen" since the Constitution does not define it.

4. If Obama was born in the U.S., then he meets all of the affirmative requirements. His mother was a U.S. citizen, and he was born on U.S. soil.

5. The arguments about definition of "natural born" will hinge on negative arguments. (a) If his father was a British citizen, does that negate his "natural born" status. (b) If his stepfather adopted him in Indonesia, does that negate his "natural born" status.

6. As I have said in earlier posts, the SCOTUS will be extremely reluctant to overturn a popularly elected leader on a "technicality", as might arise under the arguments in (5) above.

7. Therefore, if it even gets to the full court, SCOTUS will rule in Obama's favor. In fact, I believe they want to take the case so that they can rule in his favor and put and end to it.
