Probably not since Biden would only be the VP elect by way of a fraudulent and illegal candidacy.
Not to be glib but I do not think the Constitution deals with abortion. My guess is the Framers never thought people would do something like that.
The Framers spent a LOT of time and effort on the eligibility of Presidential candidates. It was a very big deal to them.
If Obama takes office and was forced out than it would be Biden. If Obama is decided to be inelgible before the elctors vote then the electors supposedly can vote for anyone and supposedly the Dem electors do not lose their votes and they could go to Hillary.
