When McCain’s birth came into question it went before Congress who (in their magnificent wisdom..ha!)deemed him natural born because he was on military soil owned by the US. At that time I remember reading that this issue was being discussed in Congress because of the possibility of a future problem.
I cannot help but believe that one of those fools in Washington or Chicago or the Pentagon knows the truth about Obama. I mean the most secret of secrets seem to be published....why not this?
I can’t believe that someone hasn’t touched another in Hawaii to go through those records and read his birth certificate. After all...isn’t Hawaii part of the US and under the federal laws as well as their state laws?
It is beyond unbelievable that a simple solution to all of this is....he produces that document...and, yet, no one (in ‘power’) seems to care. Doesn’t make one ounce of sense.
Now the SCOTUS has a HUGE problem if he is not natural born...which I am certain the founders meant on this soil because of the time the Constitution was written. The founders would have wanted this country led by a citizen born in this country to American parents (natural or naturalized). Otherwise, we would have ever Tom, Dick, Harriet or Habeed in any country coming over here and becoming President...but, wait, maybe we have done that already...silly me!
And his parents met citizenship status, right? I wonder what the court will do? I don't have much faith in them doing the right thing.
Leo talked about this. He said the Senate passed a resolution for McCain which is essentially meaningless. He said it was incredibly arrogant as a well. It was not legally biding and they cannot amend the Constitution on the fly. I blame the GOP. Leo was very complimentary on Mccain’s USN service but he said both he and Obama are not eligible.

I read a couple months ago the Governor or Sec/State of Hawaii had the COLB moved to a secure location. They also said everything was in order.
If so, sonmeone’s going to have egg on their face and it may be conservatives in general.
