J. Thomas is truly a man of principle. Riots be damned. The media be damned. The Constitution is the law of the land, and the requirements for POTUS are not suggestions. Let’s see how it plays out. Maybe he is a Natural Born citizen, but I have my doubts. I also doubt actual authenticity will be provided if he does not meet the requirements. I just don’t see him handing over proof that shows him to be ineligible.

This is the real problem.

It should be very easy for the supremes to say ok, everyone produce your birth certificates and lets get on with it. This is a no brainer. Its easy. Its a formality.

But what happens if they know or even suspect or smell a problem. ie what happens if they believe a ruling to require candidates to produce birth certificates would set off a firestorm.

Why? Because Obama doesn’t have the documtation.

What happens if the real problem is that Obama doesn’t have the docs to prove he’s a “natural born citizen”

That, in fact, the documents prove otherwise.
