A case that challenges President-elect Barack Obama’s name on the 2008 election ballot citing questions over his citizenship has been scheduled for a “conference” at the U.S. Supreme Court.

This case also challenges McCain's citizenship.

Donofrios case argues that Obama is not a natural born citizen because his father was not an American. To Donofrio, natural born means that both parents are American and the child was born in the US. Obama is an American citizen... just not natural born citizen...even thought he was born in Hawaii (supposedly). He thinks that the birth certificate question is a ruse. He believes that the founding fathers mandated that both parents be born in the US and the child be born in the US to become natural born citizen. On Obamas website, he admits that his father was a British subject and he too was british. We’ll see.

Senator McCain was born to American parents when his father was in the military, somewhere around the Panama Canal Zone. That makes him a US Citizen.

My brother and his wife had a son when they were in France (Army) and that son is an American citizen. Think of all the military kids born to American military personnel while out of the country. An American father and American mother - their children are American citizens.

I'm okay with that ... truth and justice, pure and impartial, at all costs.

But McCain isn’t about to be sworn in as President.
