I know two PA couples where the man owns multiple guns and is active in gun clubs and committed to the NRA. Both couples voted for Obama or indie candidate Bob Barr, possibly because the wives hated George Bush.

Well the husbands at least *said* they voted for The One or Barr.

I recommend Smart Voting Machines. If you don't know anything about the issues and you don't know what any of the candidates' positions are, you can't vote. It would be a test, like for alcohol before you can start your car.

Liberal is just another way of saying hypocrite. So this is not really surprising. Just like they will say, yes he said there would be change, but so what if most of his cabinet is Clinton people. Didn't the economy grow under Clinton. It will be the new way they will rationalize this mess they voted for. They will never admit they screwed up, as they think they are smarter then the average bear.

Number 3 is the kicker. This is something that could be enacted fast and be so all encompassing that most folks wouldn’t begin to understand the anti freedom ramifications for years. In the short term number three can act to deny ANYBODY the right to own a gun. I have written “open book and open note” exams that are impossible for almost any student to pass. In fact some of my colleagues were hard pressed to pass them! So a good test writer can write an exam an NRA Instructor (like myself) would find nearly impossible, so imagine the average “Joe Six Pack.”
