looks like you are right. 20th Amendment section 3 clearly says Biden will be president for a while.
Well, actually, the amendment seems to be explicit in what it targets. It says these things happen on if the President Elect dies.
If he lives, he may still be disqualified. I would imagine if that happens before Jan 20th, then someone else would need to become president.
