Your Choice! Because either way, there is a problem with Mr.Obama and a little thing called a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. And we all want to know why he wont provide one, one that is not photo shopped, that is. One that is an actual state issued birth certificate from the Vault. You wouldn't think that would be a big request, unless its not there. Unless its not a valid birth certificate. Unless his actual birth certificate is from another country.
In which case, he can not run for President, let alone BE President. And the Democrat Party is suppose to make sure that their candidate meets all the requirements to run for the office. And they did not. So lawsuits now follow, with Electors that vote on December 15 having to face the fact that their candidate might not even be an American. Pretty scary stuff, isn't it? Where is Howard Dean lately? He's leaving his position as leader of the Democrat Party, and he has to know that he is on the list for a huge amount of lawsuits for this fraud.
Who will the people of the United States of America hold accountable for this arrogance? Of course I am betting they will blame the Republicans for this. Their own actions have caused this Constitutional Crisis, which could be put to bed with one little birth certificate, but they will blame the Republicans anyway.
Last night on the Lan Lamphere program was a wonderful woman named Dr. Orly Taitz, who is suing the Secretary of State in California for not doing the job they were elected to. Being in Michigan, I would love to see the same lawsuit against Terri Lynn Land, who also neglected her duties to make sure that any candidate running for President is an American born Citizen. They allowed Obama to sign an Affidavit stating he is American born without any proof of it. Now the people are demanding proof and suing for that proof, all of the Secretary of States in this Country should be very frightened. NONE of them did their job.
What will happen if Mr. Obama is sworn in and then we find out he was not born in America? Who will take over when he has to step down, Nixon anyone? We will be stuck with Joe Biden? Will we have another election? What will happen? Will Mr. Obama be deported? Will he be prosecuted for the biggest fraud set upon this nation? Will the Democrats protect him and aid in this?
Go to this site and watch this video about How Obama Got Elected, and hold back from vomiting. We have been hoodwinked by the media in this country. Go to this site, AIP NEWS, to see the Constitutional wording of what is required by our Electors, our Politicians, our Supreme Court, our Secretary of States and our Presidents. They swear to uphold the Constitution no matter what!
And then go to this site, Debbie Schlussel.com and see how Mr. Obama faked a Selective Service form to try and prove he signed up for Selective Service as required by law for every American born male. I see many laws broken and this is coming to a head, and the outlook is going to be frightening, no matter which way we solve this.
So its up to all of us Americans to decide at which point we want to confront this Constitutional Crisis. Now, or later? Thankfully we have brave, wonderful people addressing this now! Contact Dr Orly Taitz at 949-683-5411 and let her know that we support her, and her effort to address this before the State Electors vote for Obama, or before he is sworn into office. Pick your poison, people, either way we are going to find out that Mr Obama is not an American born citizen!

If, knowing that his birth makes him ineligible for the presidency, then why would that not be a fraud, therefore, a felony, therefore a “high crime” that would demand removal by impeachment?

I'm not trying to represent that the question of Obama's eligibility is not valid, I am only questioning the use of the term 'constitutional crisis'.
Of course, 'racism' has now been redefined as merely offending another person or the perception that you might somehow offend another in the future, so I guess anything goes with words these days.

Nancy Pelosi’s name was on some of the paperwork given to the states to verify his elgibility. I think she’d roll over like a tire if she gets a wiff of a possibility of prison.
Also interesting is Howard Dean choosing to step down after a win.

“we the people” are the ultimate power in our Republic. Maybe get some conservative states attorneys general and legislatures to chime in as well. It could get ugly, but better than allowing a fraud to occupy the WH.
Unless he renounced his American citizenship, the most he would be a dual citizen of either Kenya, by birth father and American by mother. Or dual Indonesian/American. His mother was a citizen and he gets citizenship in that regard. Now “natural born” is a whole nother issue since one parent was not an American and his mother wasn’t old enough to transfer “natural born” to him.
My theory is that if it bubbles up before the inaugeration and certainly before the certification by the electors, then McCain becomes president elect. If it is after the inaugeration, then Biden is the prez.
I’m positive he is a citizen. I’m not postive he is naturally born. I’m 99% positive he forged his COLB, which is a felony and a high crime.
Or he may prove he is a natural born. If he does that, then he is legit, unless we can prosecute him for his fake COLB.

Well, for the same reason that Clinton was impeached but not convicted and removed. I think the same mentality is there — still — right now.
Obama may nor may not be impeached. I’m doubting that he will, because basically no one has seen the “evidence” (i.e., the original birth certificate), so, in the Democrats mind — “What crime has been committed” (since there is *nothing* to show a crime)... therefore, “no impeachment.”

Pissant my FRiend, what it’s going to take to restore this Constitutional Republic (if it’s even possible at this late date) is the latter day equivalent of Lexington and Concord.
