Your Choice! Because either way, there is a problem with Mr.Obama and a little thing called a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. And we all want to know why he wont provide one, one that is not photo shopped, that is. One that is an actual state issued birth certificate from the Vault. You wouldn't think that would be a big request, unless its not there. Unless its not a valid birth certificate. Unless his actual birth certificate is from another country.
In which case, he can not run for President, let alone BE President. And the Democrat Party is suppose to make sure that their candidate meets all the requirements to run for the office. And they did not. So lawsuits now follow, with Electors that vote on December 15 having to face the fact that their candidate might not even be an American. Pretty scary stuff, isn't it? Where is Howard Dean lately? He's leaving his position as leader of the Democrat Party, and he has to know that he is on the list for a huge amount of lawsuits for this fraud.
Who will the people of the United States of America hold accountable for this arrogance? Of course I am betting they will blame the Republicans for this. Their own actions have caused this Constitutional Crisis, which could be put to bed with one little birth certificate, but they will blame the Republicans anyway.
Last night on the Lan Lamphere program was a wonderful woman named Dr. Orly Taitz, who is suing the Secretary of State in California for not doing the job they were elected to. Being in Michigan, I would love to see the same lawsuit against Terri Lynn Land, who also neglected her duties to make sure that any candidate running for President is an American born Citizen. They allowed Obama to sign an Affidavit stating he is American born without any proof of it. Now the people are demanding proof and suing for that proof, all of the Secretary of States in this Country should be very frightened. NONE of them did their job.
What will happen if Mr. Obama is sworn in and then we find out he was not born in America? Who will take over when he has to step down, Nixon anyone? We will be stuck with Joe Biden? Will we have another election? What will happen? Will Mr. Obama be deported? Will he be prosecuted for the biggest fraud set upon this nation? Will the Democrats protect him and aid in this?

Go to this site, AIP NEWS, to see the Constitutional wording of what is required by our Electors, our Politicians, our Supreme Court, our Secretary of States and our Presidents. They swear to uphold the Constitution no matter what!
And then go to this site, Debbie Schlussel.com and see how Mr. Obama faked a Selective Service form to try and prove he signed up for Selective Service as required by law for every American born male. I see many laws broken and this is coming to a head, and the outlook is going to be frightening, no matter which way we solve this.
So its up to all of us Americans to decide at which point we want to confront this Constitutional Crisis. Now, or later? Thankfully we have brave, wonderful people addressing this now! If Obama is actually ineligible, it is a very serious problem for which not a single soul will be held accountable. It is an extremely serious problem. The fix for the problem, however, is very simple. This is not a constitutional crisis.

Do you really think that the CIA and other agencies are going to share the most top secret information in the world with a man that can't even hold the office? When presented with the national threat assessment, Obama is not only receiving the intelligence information from the US, he is receiving top secret information from Israel, the members of NATO and others. Do you truly believe that the people responsible for Israeli intelligence are going to share their information with this country when our president-elect is not even eligible for the office?
When I sat down and started to think about this birth certificate mess, it seems to me that somebody, somewhere, has seen all they need to see to verify that Obama can be presented with national security and world security secrets. I certainly could be wrong, and in that case we are all in a world of hurt because we have no security whatsoever.
This could easily turn from a Constitutional crisis into an international incident depending on how the Russians and Chinese play their cards.

Oddly enough, the suppressed document that bothers me most (with the exception of the BC) is the Department of Education State of Hawaii school records. They are the 2nd record of contact with authorities that would have provided not only Date & Place of Birth, but also a legitimate birth name and record of vaccination that identified where he was raised. No one enrolls in school in Hawaii without a vaccination record, yet he is identified in a class photograph while the records are non-existent. I believe that if problems are anticipated, they might have wanted to leave a couple of things out of that briefing.

If they did omit the most classified items from the briefing, he may now be as well-informed as a newbie-class Freeper.
Why is it so hard to consider that a thorough background check has been performed? They are under no obligation to tell us that it has been done and they have seen all of the necessary documentation from Obama. There are, however, requirements that a person have a top secret clearance to have access to top secret information.
Why would they tell us that a thorough background has been done? Normally, it’s assumed, but in this case, where there have been serious and persistent doubts about his nationality, it would behoove them to clarify the situation as the doubts become louder, more frequent and more serious.
It’s the Caesar’s wife thing... avoid even the appearance of impropriety.
They wouldn't. That's why I said they are under no obligation to do so. Some people are having a hard time getting their head around that concept.
I had a low level security clearance 20 or so years ago because I was an officer in a defense subcontracting company. Believe me, you do not provide them with a copy of a document you claim as your birth certificate. You sign your life away for all kinds of personal information and they get it themselves.
It stretches the imagination that Obama's original birth documents have not been examined prior to receiving a national security threat briefing.
It's only a high crime if a majority of the House and two thirds of the Senate agree it is. How likely is that?

Sarah Obama has a way of mixing up truths with things that may not be true.
But since it couldn't be that hard for Barack Obama to put the rumors to rest if they weren't true, one has to wonder whether there may be something behind all these rumors.

They also put up a link to a story that Hawaii state officials have confirmed he was born there. Add to that the fact that his birth was announced contemporaneously in two Honolulu newspapers. Of course, it could all be a giant conspiracy, spanning 47 years, involving his parents, the two newspapers, and the State of Hawaii. But not very likely, I would say.
At best, the original certificate contains some embarrassing fact about the One. But nothing that would affect his eligibility to be president.
