[...] Obama admits he was a British Citizen at birth and therefore, just like the Framers, he was not a natural born citizen of the United States
The Framers distinguised betweennatural born Citizens and all other Citizens. And thats why its important to note the 14th Amendment only confers the title of Citizen, not natural born Citizen. The Framers were Citizens, but they werent natural born Citizens. They put the stigma of not being natural born Citizens on themselves by law.

This subject will be squashed as soon as osamahussein takes office.
I thought natural born meant no c section births
Simply not true. British citizenship has no bearing on U.S. citizenship.
Oh yeah. Let’s just follow this rabbit hole for four years.

What a maroon.
By this logic, Cuba could bestow citizenship upon any American thereby rendering them ineligible for POTUS. I think not.
Exactly. Anybody espousing this idea is denying American sovereignty.
another idiot post. He is not a british or kenyan citizen now. enough of this crap. If you want to refute the birth certificate as a fraud - then thats fair but not this.
Dual citizenship, even from birth, is not a Constitutional bar to the Presidency
Obammy, produce the birth certificate and the debate will end. Since you have not....what are you hiding?
The man was hatched from an egg and is a citizen of the world. His birth certificate lists him as universal. We are in the Golden Age of the Universal Citizen, and Obama reigns like a colosus striding the oceans. We are blessed to be alive at this time and place——”Hillary To Be Named Secretary of State”——what? What the JoeScarbrough? Take your damn self away from my oceans Obama, and call thyself thy rightful name: political hack.
This article is a smoke screen from the real issue and is used to confuse the real question.
Obama’s virgin birth.
And of course COLB.
I don't know whether we do or not, but it doesn't make much sense. IOW, people born on American soil are considered American.
(Ever heard of Anchor Babies?)--we're drowning in them down where I live.)
There is at least one innacurracy in this article. Near the end, there is the statement that “he was born in Honolulu...” as if that is a fact. That is not a proven fact. The suspicion is he was born in Kenya and was later issued a birth certificate in Hawaii. If that is the truth, then he is not a natural born US citizen and is ineligeble to be POTUS.
I don’t know if this thing has any real legs, but perhaps, it’s all just God’s way of telling Obama, “Hey, at least you got to be born, and you need to give others the same opportunity!”
Looks like the same quality of legal analysis that we came to expect from the Montana Freemen and the Texas Republic guys. In other words, worthless.
> Simply not true. British citizenship has no bearing on U.S. citizenship.
Interesting. I was always under the impression that if I wanted to become an American, I would have to relinquish my other citizenships: not because Canada, the UK and NZ would insist I do so, but because America would require it.
Is this the true state-of-affairs?
Take another look. It's already been squashed. We don't have to wait.
It would be far more convincing to prove that Obama was born in Kenya to an American citizen mother and a non-(American) citizen father - which many believe is exactly what happened. In that situation, he is clearly not a native-born citizen according to the relevant statute.
