Here is video of former Georgia Democratic Senator and Governor Zell Miller endorsing Republican Saxby Chambliss over Democrat Jim Martin in the U.S. Senate runoff race in Georgia. Sen. Miller said he has served with both of the candidates in the race, and Saxby Chambliss is the best choice for America and for Georgia. Sen. Miller also said Chambliss could be the last line of defense to prevent the liberal Democratic agenda from being pushed through Congress. . . . (Watch Video)

Zell still has hundreds of thousands of fans in Georgia, and his active support should help in the runoff. But keep on working everyone, December 2 isn’t that far away.
Any minute now .... any minute now.... the national press will breathlessly announce this Zell-the-Democrat endorsement on the front page in bold headlines....

So, where was Zell Miller during the election? I did not hear spit from him.
Remember when there were at least SOME sane democrats? Zell Miller, Lloyd Bentsen, so on. It seems like democrats gave up their soul when they became less the party of JFK and more the party of Malcom X and abortions.
