1) Key word here is *forecast*
2) Doesn't say anything about moving corn through the supply chain, and how the tiniest link can collapse the entire chain
3) Doesn't say how much is exported, ie not available to Americans
4) Doesn't say how much goes to animal feed vs. for human consumption
5) Doesn't say how much is earned for the failed ethanol allotment.
